Four 8th graders from Sparta participated in the New Jersey Suburban Youth Football All Star game, where NJ North dominated over the NJ South, 30-14. Sparta's four star football players were; Christian Rodriguez, Declan Monaghan, Branon Cabrera, and Joshua Brancy.
