Northampton Community College defeated Sussex County Community College (SCCC) in women’s basketball, 87-49, on Saturday, Jan. 13 in Newton.
Mackenzie Meyers scored a team high of 21 points for SCCC (6-9). Riley Feichtl scored 19 points, Anna Torrpey added six points and Sophia Brondo made three points.
Xenia Gillis scored a game high of 25 points for Northampton (11-2), with Kania Day contributing 16 points and Shanaiya Ellis 14 points.
