ShopRite offers flu and pneumonia shots

The schedule for shots is as follows: ShopRite of Franklin, 270 State Route 23, Franklin (973-827-6135) Wednesday, Oct. 1, 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ShopRite of Byram, 90-80 Route 206 N., Stanhope /Byram Township (973-448-9770) Thursday, Oct. 9, 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ShopRite of Newton, 127 Water Street (Route 206 North), Newton (973-383-6900) Tuesday, Oct. 14, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30, 4 to 8 p.m. The costs of the shots are $30 for flu and $45 for pneumonia. No appointment is necessary. Cash or check will be accepted. Those under the age of 18, pregnant, or who have an active infection should not receive a flu shot.
