Pulmonary Medical moves to new offices

NEWTON - Pulmonary Medical Associates, LLP, have moved into their new quarters in the Norman Silbert Medical Arts building, 222 High St., Newton. Doctors Rakesh Garg, Daya Nadarajah and Mina Mohammadi are board certified physicians, full attending at Newton Memorial Hospital and members of the hospital’s medical staff. The practice includes internal medicine, pulmonary diseases, critical care, sleep apnea and other sleep disorders. Catherine Jennings, RN, MSN, ANP-C, a nurse practitioner who has been with Pulmonary Medical for seven years, and Aida Dunn, practice administrator for five years, continue to be an important part of the practice. The new quarters are 3,300 square feet and include seven exam rooms. The Newton Memorial Hospital Sleep Lab will soon be housed in the building when its area is completed. Because both Dr. Garg and Dr. Nadarajah are active in the treatment of sleep apnea and related sleep disorders, having the lab adjacent to their offices will be convenient for their patients. The doctors’ offices are in Suite 102 of the Silbert building, across from Barnhill Nursing Home and Newton Memorial Hospital.
