NEWTON — The St. Joseph Regional School 7th and 8th grade boys basketball team finished its dream season with eight consecutive wins to finish out the season with a record of 10-1.
In St. Joseph’s only loss this year, they scored their season high of 50 points.
The team was compiled of 7th and 8th graders, and one 6th grader, who with great determination, hard work, the enjoyment of the game and being with their teammates they reached their goals and made great memories.
The season’s record tied the school’s all-time 8th grade boys team record.
