Wild West City is open
Byram. Wild West City opened its doors on Thursday, June 25, at 10 a.m. The facility is taking all safety precautions to ensure the safety of visitors and employees. In addition to santizing and cleaning frequently employees and visitors are required to wear masks.

Wild West City opened at 10 a.m. this Thursday, June 25th.
The iconic western themed park in Byram Township was preparing for the anticipated opening for several weeks has opened for the season at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 25.
Wild West City typically opens weekends starting in early May and then full-time Father’s Day Weekend. Due to the pandemic this year, the opening was delayed.
Wild West City is taking all safety precautions necessary to make for a safe environment for visitors and employees. Therefore in addition to sanitizing and cleaning frequently, employees and visitors are required to wear masks throughout the day.
“Our cowboys and cowgirls are ready for action!” said Mary Benson, whose family owns Wild West City, which is based on a recreation of Dodge City, Kansas and offers a host of skits and rides. “It’s taken a little longer than we hoped but we are thrilled now to bring the old west back to life.”
Throughout the year, Wild West City slates special events and attractions starting with Native American Dancers on July 4 weekend.
