Miss Byram, royal court selected

Julia McVicar was selected to be Miss Byram 2023 in a contest Saturday, June 10 at the Cranberry Lake Firehouse.
Alanna Dominique Britton was selected to be Young Miss Byram, Natalya Rodriguez was named Little Miss Byram and Grayson Rodriguez was chosen as Little Mister Byram.
All the contestants were asked a series of questions about Byram, their hobbies and interests, and a role model who has influenced their lives.
The winners were selected by a panel of judges based on communication, poise and confidence.
Each contestant received a bouquet of flowers and a gift card.
Miss Byram also received a bouquet of flowers as well as an award of $500.
The winners will be invited to attend numerous activities in Byram throughout the year, and Miss Byram will represent the township at the annual New Jersey State Fair Queen Pageant in August.
The Byram Royalty Court will be honored at Byram Fest on Sept. 9 celebrating the township’s 225th anniversary.
