Interact Club members from Kittatinny Regional High School spent March 2 going to the four sending elementary schools to read to first-graders in celebration of Read Across America Day.
They read a couple books to the younger students and discussed the stories and how their messages apply to them.
Then the students gave each first-grader a book. The books were donated by the Kittatinny Education Association through the Pride program.
