Byram Township is seeking low income applicants for a 3 bedroom home with 1 bathroom in Byram Township. This project is suitable for families with household size of at least three people and no more than six people. The home will be rebuilt from the studs, with a new roof, siding and septic system. The home will be built to Energy Star requirements, and will have propane gas and public water. The main level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, eat-in kitchen and living room and the lower level has 1 bedroom, recreation room, laundry room, and a garage.
