First Hope Bank promotes two
Hope - First Hope Bank has announced the promotion of two associates within the bank’s e-commerce department. Laine Hissett-Bonard was promoted to e-commerce department leader. Her responsibilities include overseeing the bank’s e-commerce department, which includes the bank’s customer contact center, the bank’s web page, and its online Internet banking system. She joined the First Hope in 2002 as a contact center representative. Jennifer Ohl-Jackson has advanced to the position of contact center supervisor. She joined the bank in 2004 as a contact center representative. The contact center, provides a resource for those who want a “one-stop” source of information, from applying for loans online to help with online bill payment, to general information about banking products and services. Both Ohl-Jackson and Hissett-Bonard have received extensive training in banking regulations. Hissett-Bonard has also received training in supervision and forgery/altered documents. Hissett-Bonard and her husband, Ralph, reside in Hampton Twp. with their daughter. Ohl-Jackson and her husband, Edward, reside in Stillwater. “Laine and Jennifer will make a great team,” said Lewis R. Beatty, chief financial officer. “Both are full of energy, ideas, and enthusiasm to help serve the customer better.
