Kevin Kapuscinski, 18, was recognized at an Eagle Scout Court of Honor held at the Andover Borough Senior Center on March 1, 2020. Kevin is a resident of Andover Township and is a member of Troop 81 BSA. He is the son of Bernard and Elisabeth Kapuscinski. Kevin is the 91st Eagle Scout in Troop 81’s 90-year history.
