BYRAM Andrea Proctor, founder and director of Winakung at Waterloo, announced that the third season of educational programs for school and Scout groups at Waterloo Village in Byram will begin this month. The field trips have been well-received with many groups booking return trips. "This year there will be a working blacksmith as well as enchanced programs with expanded staff," said Proctor. There are still openings for schools interested in the Lenape Village tour or the Waterloo Heritage Program which educates students about life in a canal town during the Civil War period.
