New York City-based indie recording artist Jack Tracy will perform Saturday, Feb. 25 at the Stanhope House. The show starts at 7 p.m.
Tracy melds R&B and pop/dance into a Top 40 feel with a healthy dose of nostalgia. Inspired heavily by Prince and Janet Jackson, his songs are lyric-driven, showing off his talent as a writer.
His powerful stage presence and choreography make him a triple threat.
Tracy’s new EP, “All I Think About,” will be released in April, led by singles “Into Me” and “Show Off.”
The EP is preceded by three studio albums - “Older,” “For You” and “Gold” - as well as the EP “Love Yah” and two EPs of covers.
He has made more than 20 music videos, available on youtube.com/neccessaryoutlet
Tracy is the founder and owner of Necessary Outlet Productions, which has produced the feature film “Snowflake,” three critically acclaimed seasons of the web series “History,” and comedies “Big Law,” “Millennial Memoir” and “Danny Will Die Alone.”
Tickets to the show Saturday are $15. They are available online at https://the-stanhope-house.ticketleap.com/jack-tracy/
The Stanhope House is at 45 Main St., Stanhope.
