NEWTON-The Sussex County Arts & Heritage Center Gallery's December exhibit will be ‘Small Treasures,' to show Dec. 1-Jan. 1. Artists are invited to show up to three pieces no larger than nine by twelve inches (2D and 3D media are welcome.) Suggested price for each piece is $125 or under. All items must be for sale with a 25-percent commission going toward the work of the council. Entry forms must be received or postmarked by Nov. 20. Art Openings for the gallery exhibits are held the first Friday of each month from 5-8 p.m. Artists and the public alike are invited to view the art, dine on wine, cheese, and appetizers, and listen to live music.
