First Hope Bank Shareholders Meeting At the Annual Shareholders Meeting of First Hope Bancorp on May 14, 2019, President and Chief Executive Officer Donald Somma addressed shareholders on a variety of topics, including the bank's continued financial success, dedication to product offerings, and customer service. First Hope has remained technologically advanced and focused on developing community. Following initial remarks and department status, shareholders re-elected Daniel G. Beatty and Lewis R. Beatty for an additional three-years on the Board of Directors. In recognition of their achievements, the Board also approved the following advancements.
Lewis R. Beatty: will be taking on new role as First Hope Bank's Chief Strategy Officer. Lewis has been employed by First Hope Bank since 1999 and has held the position of Chairman of the Board since 2016. Until this change, he served as Chief Financial Officer since 2002. He received his BA degree from St. Andrews Presbyterian College in 1997 and an MBA from Wake Forest University Babcock Graduate School of Management in 1999. He is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors, he is the Loan, Trust, Funds Management, and Personnel and Nominating Committees of the Board.
Daniel Pimentel: Vice President, Commercial Credit Officer.
Jordan Krom: Core Systems Analyst.
Mary Ann Eckweiler: Sr. Support Specialist/Assistant Cashier.
Sarah Kayal: Registered Representative.
Shannon McClellan: Assistant Vice President, Senior Closing Coordinator/System Admin.
Steven Lyons: Assistant Vice President, Investment Executive.
