Marty McFly and his famed DeLorean will take to the dusty streets of Wild West City's life-size replica of an authentic old west town for a show that's certain to thrill people of every generation. Back to the Future Weekend takes place on July 21 and 22. McFly and other cast members will be available throughout the day for photo-ops with the classic silver DeLorean, which is fully outfitted according the complete "Back to the Future" theme, including time circuits, flux capacitor, and even a hover board. Wild West City has a full slate of specially themed days and promotions throughout the course of the season. National Cowboy Day will be celebrated on July 28. August 4 and 5 feature the Native American Tribal Dancers, and August 10-12 is the Chuck Wagon Cooking Exhibition. Wild West Dress-Up Days will be held on September 15-16, when visitors can dress in their favorite western-themed outfits and receive $5 off the price of admission. Originally opened in the 1950s, Wild West City was conceived as a re-creation of Dodge City, KS. The city features a broad main street lined by hitching rails, old wooden sidewalks and storefronts and exhibits that allow one to relive the old west. The park also includes an authentic one-room school house and a chapel. Visitors are invited to bring their own food and have an old fashioned family picnic or enjoy a variety of affordable food at the Golden Nugget Saloon.
