BYRAM — In an effort to maintain his fitness, Byram mayor James Oscovitch recently ran the Miles for Matheny 5k with his son Matt and RDA's running club.

Four of the members of the running club are females under 10-years-old. The girls, along with eight other women, trained with Personal Trainer Michelle Welborn at RDA to run their first 5k.

The girls said they were very excited to run with the mayor.
